Massage Bliss Policies

I appreciate that you chose MASSAGE BLISS for your massage and bodywork session. It is my absolute intention to provide top notch service and personal care. In order to do that, the hour that you scheduled is time set aside for only you. I’d like to communicate some guidelines and policies in order to provide you an optimum session.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

I have no tolerance for inappropriate behavior and/or gestures or sexually aggressive remarks. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. If you are that type of client, I am not your type of therapist so please look elsewhere.

Please arrive ten minutes, or at least five minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. It allows me a little time to ask specific questions about any health issues, or your specific body needs for that day. Giving yourself a little bit of extra time also allows your body and mind to start to transition from an active busy mode, into a more relaxing receiving mode, thereby enhancing your massage experience. From the business and therapists’ side, it gives me the full time to actually have my hands on your tissues, keeps my business on schedule, and respects the next client’s scheduled therapy time.

I understand that issues occur. It helps me a great deal if you call and let me know if you are running late. I will do my best to accommodate you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

MASSAGE BLISS asks that you respectfully give a 24 hour notice of cancellation.

I do understand that emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or had diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is an ice storm, please do not drive or walk on the ice if you do not have to. Feel free to call and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Refunds will not be issued for the purchase of gift certificates.

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice, or full price for the service will be billed to you.

Professional Massage:

The massage I provide is strictly a therapeutic, non-sexual, massage. The session will be terminated upon any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances. A refund will not be issued, and further action may be taken.

Tardiness:

Clients have a 10 minute grace period for their massage. Anything beyond 10 minutes will be taken off of the massage's total time. I will wait a total of 20 minutes before leaving the site and the client will be billed the full amount for the service.

Parking fees:

The client is responsible for any parking fees (Usually office or hotel).

Age Limitations:

I do not perform bodywork on anyone under the age of 18 without written consent from a parent or guardian.

Right to Refuse:

I reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
